A device for three-dimensional measurement of light points (1) situated on the object side (2) is fitted with imaging optics (6) arranged between the object side (2) and image side and has a plurality of photodiode rows for determining the coordinates of the light point (1). The photodiode rows (10,10%,10_) are arranged separately from one another in different imaging planes. Each photodiode row (10,10%,10_) has its own imaging optics (6,6%,6_) with lens optics and a cylindrical lens. The cylindrical lenses assigned to the photodiode rows (10,10%,10_) are arranged with their cylinder axes skew relative to one another and fix the coordinate axes in their directions. <IMAGE>
