PURPOSE:To permit the automatic operation and improve efficiency by piling-up cages by a cage supporting means which turns endlessly and counting the number of piling stages and carrying-out said cages by a prescribed number of piling-up completion signals, in a piling-up machine for the cages for accommodating chickens, etc. CONSTITUTION:A cage C2 transported on a conveyor 2 is restricted by a stopper 5 according to the existence of a preceding cage C1, and positioned at a prescribed position P1 successively. The undersurface of the cage C1 is supported by a cage transfer supporting body 12 endlessly traveled by a chain 9, and the cage C1 is transported in the direction of arrow with the chain 9. When the cage reaches a piling-up position P2, the cage is separated from the supporting body 12 and positioned at P2. Thus, the cages are piled-up successively, and the number of piling is counted by counter D1-D5. When all the counters count, a controller 8 permits the carrying-out of the piled cages by a carrying-out conveyor 18. With such constitution, automatic operation is permitted, and operation efficiency can be improved. |
