PURPOSE:To unite a multiple address device by providing image data storage memory part that the multiple address device has between an encoding part and a modulation and demodulation part, and providing a changeover switch which switches the output data of the image data storage part to be inputted to the modulation and demodulation part and encoded output data. CONSTITUTION:The changeover switch 16 switches a path through which data read by a facsimile equipment device is encoded and outputted to the modulation and demodulation part 4 and a path through which the encoded data is stored temporarily in the image data storage memory part 14 and outputted to the modulation and demodulation part 4, and this switch is controlled by a transmission control part 6. The transmission control part 6 when transferring the encoded data to the image data storage memory part 14 omits a transmission control procedure and transfer the image data immediately. When data stored in the image data storage memory part 14 is transmitted, the changeover switch 16 is placed at the side of the image data storage memory 14 and the data is only sent out to a circuit through the modulation and demodulation part 4. At this time, the transmission control procedure and network are the same with the equipment.
