PURPOSE:To obtain sufficient lubricating effect at all times by fitting a lubricating pin, which is fixed to a container and which has a lubricating groove spirally extending on its outer periphery, into the bore of a shaft and drawing up a lubricating oil by means of the rotation of said shaft and the viscosity of the lubricating oil. CONSTITUTION:A lubricating pin 15 is fixed to the inner surface of a lower container 10a, on the extension of the central axis of the bore 12 of a shaft 3, by means of welding, etc., with its end being fitted in the bore 12. The lubricating pin 15 has a spirally extending lubricating groove 16 on its outer periphery, with its lower end part 16a being opened in a lubricating oil 11. When a compressor is operated, the shaft 3 rotates and, since the lubricating pin 15 is fixed to the lower container 10a, relative speed is generated between the shaft and pin. Therefore, lubricating oil 11 being interposed between them is drawn to the inner periphery of the bore 12 due to viscosity, drawn up along the spiral shape of the lubricating groove 16, and fed to each sliding part through lubricating ports 12a, 12b, 12c, thereby, obtaining sufficient lubricating effect even at the time of low rotation of the shaft 3.
