PURPOSE:To operate safely in high efficiency by correcting the acceleration or deceleration content of a DC motor from a detection signal of an armature current, and varying a speed set signal on the basis of a deviation between the corrected signal and a current set signal. CONSTITUTION:An acceleration detection signal from an acceleration detector 62 and an armature current detection signal are input to an adder 7 when a motor is controlled in the acceleration or deceleration to produce a load current in response to a load torque, the load current detection signal and a current set signal form a current setter 71 are compared, and the limit level of an amplifier 4 with a limiter, i.e., the acceleration or deceleration of the motor is automatically decided with a signal amplified from the deviation by limit level regulating means 8. A function generator 5 outputs a field current set signal corresponding to a motor speed reference determined in this manner to an amplifier 51 to automatically control a motor field current. |
