PURPOSE:To eliminate power loss due to a switching element by switching a contact connected in parallel with the switching element after the switching element connected in series between an input terminal and an output terminal completely becomes ON state. CONSTITUTION:A Diesel generator 1 is set in a normal operation state, and when a power switch is closed in this state, a switching controller 9 starts a program. The controller 9 controls ON or OFF while gradually raising the duty ratio of a switching element 7, and when the start control program is finished, the element 7 always becomes ON state, and an electromagnetic switching contact 8 is simultaneously closed by a contact controller 10. |
