PURPOSE:To cause no shift for deciding an alarm, and to monitor a variation of an alarm plant, in each local and central alarm monitor device, by sending out continuously an alarm to the latter from the former for receiving each plant state quantity, and displaying collectively it by the latter. CONSTITUTION:When sending out necessary information to a central alarm monitor device 3 from a local alarm monitor device 2 installed at every power generation unit of a power generation plant 1, the device 2 is constituted of a signal input device 21, an alarm deciding and operating means 22 and an alarm information informing means 23. Also, the device 3 is constituted of an alarm information deciding means 31, an alarm output means 32, a display information operating means 33, etc. In this state, a state quantity of each monitor point of the plant 1 is inputted to the means 22 through the device 21, and whether it has deviated from a set value or not, whether it has been reset to a normal value or not, etc. are decided, and alarm information is outputted to the means 23. Also, the alarm information to which the time has been added is sent to the device 3 by the means 23, and the alarm information is displayed on a means 36 in a lump together with an alarm name, etc. |
