Industrial cleaning agents have for decades been used to clean the teeth with a toothbrush. Young people, in particular, "scrub" not only their teeth but also the gums, and damage to the gums is thereby hardly avoidable. The cleaning foam prevents observation of the teeth and the gums. Continued "scrubbing" with the brush thoughtlessly damages the gums and exposes the dental root. Using the tooth rinsing brush the teeth can be observed during cleaning, food remnants are rinsed out and the gums are largely spared. A mouthwash dispenser (5) is screwed on to the connecting piece (4) for rinsing with mouthwash, which dispenser supplies the desired drops to the tooth rinsing water flowing past by means of a brief rotation. The simple, expedient arrangement of the few individual components permits cost-effective production of the tooth rinsing brush. The device can be dismantled in only two manipulations. The water tap - whose perlator does not have to be removed - can be returned to its original purpose. <IMAGE>
