PURPOSE:To reduce abrasion of the tip part of a partition plate and the outer peripheral face of a piston by providing, in the vicinity of the tip part of said plate, a through hole which extends in the same direction as that of the axis of the piston to lighten the weight of said plate and reducing stress of contact between the tip part of the partition plate and the outer peripheral face of the piston. CONSTITUTION:A through hole 12b is drilled in the vicinity of the tip part of a partition plate 12 and in the same direction as that of the axis of a piston 6. As a result, in comparison with a partition plate in the past, said plate 12 is light and accordingly, not only force of inertia in case of its reciprocating rectilineal motion but also drag at a contact part between circular arc part 12a of the tip of said plate 12 and the outer peripheral part 6a of the piston 6 are small. Further, since rigidity of said circular arc part of the tip of the plate 12 is small and the maximum stress of contact at the above-mentioned contact part between said circular arc part 12a and said outer peripheral part 6a is reduced, abrasion between the circular arc part 12a and the outer peripheral part 6a can be largely reduced, and life strength of the compressor can be raised. |
