PURPOSE:A rubber composition that contains an acrylic polymer and a fluorine- containing polydiorganosiloxane as base polymers, thus giving rubber-like elastomers with high heat resistance, cold resistance, good mechanical properties, high oil resistance and gasoline resistance. CONSTITUTION:(A) An acrylic polymer which is crosslinkable to give rubber-like elastomer, preferably a copolymer from acrylate and 0.1-20wt% of a crosslinkable monomer, preferably diene (90-10wt%), (B) polydiorganosiloxane of 500- 10,000 average polymerization degree, bearing 15-50mol% of fluorine-containing monovalent organic groups, preferably 3,3,3-trifluoropropyl, among organic groups connecting to silicon atoms, 0.02-5mol% of vinyl groups, preferably the remaining are methyl groups of 10-90wt% composition, kneaded together with a vulcanizer such as organic peroxide and heated to give an oil resistant rubber- like elastomer.
