PURPOSE:To prevent a lead of a voice coil from being contacted with a plate corner by forming a concaved part to a prescribed part of a flat disphragm and fixing the prescribed part of a lead wire of the voice coil with an elastic adhesives. CONSTITUTION:Two recessed parts 12a, 12b are formed to a prescribed position adjacent to a through-hole 1a provided at the center of a flat diaphragm 1 of honey-comb sandsich structure. The lead wire 10 from the voice coil 5 is run along the voice coil bobbin 4 via the recessed parts 12a, 12b and the lead wire 10 passing through the recessed parts 12a, 12b is fixed to the recessed parts 12a, 12b by the elastic adhesives 13. Then the lead wire 10 is run along the rear side of the flat diaphragm 1 and soldered to a prescribed terminal of a terminal board 11 through the bonding part between the flat diaphragm 1 and a damper 7. Even when the profile of a speaker is made thin, the lead 10 wire is not contacted to the corner of a plate 6c. |
