PURPOSE:To raise safety during earthquake period by a method in which a reinforcement is provided to the head of a pile in such a way as to project it from the periphery of the head to outside, and a plate part extending toward the axial direction of the pile body is provided to at least a part of the reinforcement. CONSTITUTION:A deep pit 7 is excavated in the ground 1, reinforcing bars are penetrated into the deep pit 7, and concrete is placed to form a pile body 2. A reinforcement 3 with a plate part 5 is penetrated into the upper part of the pile body 2 before the concrete hardens, and the concrete is hardened to integrate the reinforcement 3 and the pile body 2. Since the contact area with the ground 1 of the head of the pile, particularly the contact area of the face in the vertical direction, is increased by the reinforcement 3, the horizontal resistance of the pile body is increased to raise the safety of the pile. |
