PURPOSE:To flow effluent water to the downstream side by deactivating the effluent water by providing a deactivating tank consisting of an impact plate having an effluence port with a jet flow gate on its upstream side, a sloped portion in its upper half, and a straight portion in its lower half and a downstream weir. CONSTITUTION:A deactivating tank 11 has an effluence port 13 with a jet flow gate 12 on its upstream side and consists of an impact plate 14 composed of a sloped upper half 15 and a straight lower half 16 and a downstream weir 18. Jet stream discharged from the port 13 through the jet flow gate 12 collides with the sloped portion 15 of the impact plate 14, goes down along the straight portion 16 while being deactivated, passes through the water channel 17, and collides with the weir 18 to become a deactivated upward slow flow. The slow flow is flowed from the upper end of the downstream weir 18 to the discharge path 19. |
