PURPOSE:To lengthen working life in the reactive injection molding of CP resin polymerization by forming a nozzle for injecting a catalyst liquid having a liquid injector to a mixing head injecting a compounding composition material. CONSTITUTION:An A liquid injection port 2, a B liquid injection port 3, a washing gas or liquid introducing port 4 and a static mixer 6 are joined with a mixing head proper 1 and a catalyst liquid injection nozzle 7 is formed, and a compounding composition material and a catalyst are mixed in a hole section 5. A valve 16 takes a normal open type by a spring 9, N2 gas is forwarded to a cylinder section 17 by a solenoid valve from an introducing pipe 10, the cylinder section 17 is opened and closed by a stopper 18, and the quantity of a catalyst liquid injected from a liquid-feed piping 11 is varied. Bodying speed in a tank for a B liquid can be brought to one tenth or less and the production period of not less than decuple as long as conventional devices can be obtained by mounting such a nozzle for injecting the catalyst liquid. Either one of the mixtures of A and B liquids, oxazoline and dimer acid is more than the other in their compounding ratio, and it is preferable that the compounding ratio extends over (1- 2):1 and the quantity of triphenylphosphine 0.1-1wt% of total weight of injection after mixing. |
