摘要 PURPOSE:To control the stable layer temperature by a method wherein a signal from a proportional action non-linear adjustor having a dead zone for control object of a layer temperature is controlled by a cascade control due to the setting value of a same adjustor for control object of a layer height. CONSTITUTION:Each proportional action non-linear adjustor having a dead zone is provided as adjustors 2, 4 for control object of a layer height and a layer temperature. A cascade control is performed by a setting value of a layer height adjustor 2 due to an output from a layer temperature adjustor 4, a layer temperature is controlled by adjusting for the introducing and extracting quantity of a bed material. The layer height adjustor 2 and the layer temperature adjustor 4 are proportional action non-linear adjustor, consequently, a hunting action caused by an integral action can be prevented, also the repeating action of introducing and extracting of the bed material at nearby the deviation O can be prevented due to providing the dead zone. By the non-linear adjustor of the layer adjustor 2 and the layer temperature adjustor 4, the layer height and the layer temperature for a boiler load are set flexibly by adjusting the width of the dead zone.
