PURPOSE:To permit to control from a terminal control device side and permit further to control in the central control device by a method wherein an operation demanding switch is provided in the terminal control device while an indicating device, capable of confirming existence of the operation demanding, is provided in the central control device. CONSTITUTION:When the operation demanding is effected by operating the operation demanding switch 5 of the terminal control device 2, a gas room heater 4 can be operated while a signal, informing that the operation demanding has been effected, is sent to the central control device 1. The central control device 1, received this signal, informs the existence of the operation demanding by a specified indicating device on a panel or an operation demanding confirm lamp 6, for example, and, thereafter, the control of the air-conditioning machines is effected by the central control device 1. Above-described operation is in case of the gas room heater, however, the same effect may be obtained in other air-conditioning machines.
