<p>PURPOSE:To repair easily and rapidly the inner surface of a pipe by sending onto the inner surface of a cooled pipe a lining liquid which is solidified at low temps. and pulverized with a low-temp. gas, and then thawing and curing with an ordinary-temp. gas. CONSTITUTION:A lining material which can be cured at ordinary temps. is solidified and pulverized to obtain a powdered lining material. A low-temp. gas is firstly forced into a pipe 1 to be repaired to cool the pipe. Then the powdered lining material 9 is charged into a refrigeration vessel 7, blown into the supply pipe 1 by sending a low-temp. gas into the vessel 7, and deposited on the inner surface of the pipe. The lining material 9 is thawed into liquid, and cured by the subsequent sending-in of an ordinary-temp. gas. The pipe is easily and rapidly repaired in this way.</p> |
