PURPOSE:To form the outer diameter of an electromagnet coil in size as small as possible by installing a mold mount to either one of a fixed disk or a movable disk and mounting the electromagnet coil surrounding a mold to the inside of a tie bar and a housing section for the electromagnet coil around the mold mount. CONSTITUTION:Molds 10, 11 are closed through the movement of a movable disk 3, and an electromagnet coil 5 is moved to the periphery of the molds 10, 11 by the operation of a cylinder 8 and excited. Plastic is injection-molded during the excitation of the electromagnet coil, and cured, and excitation is stopped and the molds are opened. The electromagnet coil 5 is retreated and moved to an original position, a housing section 6, by the operation of the cylinder 8, a molded shape is extracted, and processes are transferred to the next molding process. Accordingly, since the periphery coil disposed inside of a tie bar, the outer diameter of the electromagnet coil can be shaped in small size, even a large-sized molding machine can be adopted easily, the effect of magnetization is improved, the electromagnet coil is guided precisely to the tie bar, and the titled lock is slid easily at high speed and positional accuracy is also enhanced. |
