PURPOSE:To manufacture automatically the water contg. mineral components by providing an iron removing device, a sterilizing lamp, a tank for containing the water after said treatment wherein a filter medium is provided, and a cold water vessel for supplying the mineral water from said tank and cooling the mineral water. CONSTITUTION:The water in a water tank 1 is forcibly circulated in the water tank 1 by a pump and a motor 3. The water is passed through a filter 5 and brought into contact with a body 2 contg. MUGIMESHIISHI (siliceous stones produced in Japan), sent upward through a cylindrical member 6, discharged from an upper discharge part 7, and again sent downward to the filter 5 of said stone-contg. body 2. The forced circulation of water is repeated in this way. The amt. of water in the water tank 1 is detected by a flow switch 4, and an appropriate amt. of water is always supplied into the water tank 1. The operating time of the manufacturing apparatus of mineral water is automatically set by a timer 8. The water subjected to necessary filtration and elution of minerals is introduced into a cold water vessel 9 through plural water-flow passages 10.
