PURPOSE:To reduce leaked light and to improve condensing efficiency by adjoining three optical blocks having an incident surface opposed to an accumulation type phospher sheet, a dichroic surface and a projection surface respectively through fine gaps. CONSTITUTION:Exciting light A incident from the incident surface 31 of a triangular prism block 30 passes a gap 22a through the dichroic surface 22B and a block 22 and reaches the accumulation type phospher sheet 10 through a block 21. All accelerated phosphorescent light rays S1-S4 emitted from the sheet 10 over a wide range reach the dichroic surface 22B through the blocks 21, 22 and the gap 22a and then reach the projection end 23E of a block 23 by total reflection through the block 23, so that the condensing efficiency can be improved.
