<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the control of speed and cycle of a transfer machine by constituting the power source for traveling of a transfer machine so as to be driven, by laying a chain in loop form. CONSTITUTION:Sprockets 2 and 3 are installed at the both edges on one side of a long groove-shaped rails, and a driving motor is directly connected onto the shaft 2a of one sprocket 2. An endless chain 4 is laid onto the sprockets and driven in one direction by a motor. A transfer machine which is travelled on the rails through wheels b and b has steel plates 5a and 5b oppositely installed so as to nip the rails, and an air cylinder for driving chain nipping tools 13 and 14 is installed at the inside center of the steel plate 5b set oppositely onto the groove side of the rails 1, and chain receiving metals 9 and 10 are installed at the upper and lower parts inside the steel plate 5b. Therefore, when an air cylinder 8 is operated, a dolly can nip the chain at all times, and the dolly can be traveled.</p> |
