PURPOSE:To execute lining through a non-cross-linking rubber sheet pasting method without damaging the physical characteristics of a fluororubber by using a copolymer containing fluorine, a terminal thereof is halogenated and Mooney viscosity thereof is kept within a specific range, as a non-cross-linking fluororubber. CONSTITUTION:A copolymer containing fluorine, terminals thereof are halogenated and Mooney viscosity thereof extends over 5-60ML1+4 (100 deg.C), is employed as a non-cross-linking fluororubber. Iodine is used generally as halogen, and chlorine, bromine, etc. may be employed. A terminal iodized propylene hexafluoride-vinylidene fluoride copolymer, etc. are used as the copolymer containing fluorine. Viscosity at 100 deg.C by a Mooney viscometer is limited within a range of 5-60ML1+4 (100 deg.C) because viscosity is too low and a sheet is difficult to be formed when viscosity is less than 5ML1+4 (100 deg.C) and the nerve of the non- cross-linking rubber is too solid and plasticity is reduced when it exceeds 60ML1+4 (100 deg.C). Triallyl isocyanurate is often used as a cross-linking agent, and a peroxide group is employed generally as a cross-linking catalyst. |
