发明名称 DEHYDRATING METHOD OF WASTE HAVING HIGH WATER CONTENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To dehydrate wastes having high water content which can be reutilized by mixing fine powder of blast furnace waterly slag into the waste having high water content which is higher than the liquid limit value, and dehydrating the sludge by exerting high pressure. CONSTITUTION:The fine powder of blast furnace waterly slag is added to high watercontent waste such as waste bentonite mud, floating mud (silt) of rivers, lakes, and marshes, sludge generated in sewage disposal plants, residues of food industries. The mixture is slurryed by agitation, and dehydrated under pressure. Said fine powder of blast furnace waterly slag is added as a dehydration assistant, and 30-70wt%, based on solid components of wastes, powder is preferably used for efficient dehydration. The particles having about the same size as the solid component in the wastes are preferably used. The blast furnace waterly slag acts as the dehydration assistant, and the waste can be efficiently dehydrated in a short time.
