PURPOSE:To facilitate the titled treatment by simultaneously executing firm welding and deep grooving, which can be torn off easily, without leaving a welding margin. CONSTITUTION:When high-frequency electricity is applied, an electric field is generated between a mold 1 and a surface plate 8, sections in the vicinity of the contacting surfaces of two vinyl chloride sheets 6, 6' reach to 140-150 deg.C, and a unified half-molten section is extruded between the vinyl chloride sheets 6, 6' on the side as products in the left in the figure. Such a state is repeated, a resin under a half-molten state is extruded to the left in succession, and a circular string-shaped body 9 is thickened. A blowout section 3' approaches to an insulator 7, the mold 1 does not fall and a slight process hold-up time is taken, and the application of high-frequency electricity is stopped. Consequently, thickness remaining between the fusion cutting section 3' and the insulator 7 is thinned extremely, and tear-off is facilitated. Adhesion is powerful though it seems weak at a glance because there is no margin for welding for the sake of appearance, and a section between the fusion cutting section 3' and the insulator 7 is approximately the same as the original foundation. Accordingly, stable products can be obtained without requiring experienced skill. |
