PURPOSE:To prevent torque transmission efficiency from being deteriorated in travelling as well as a synchronization device from being worn as possible by providing on the synchronization device an adjusting mechanism for producing drag torque. CONSTITUTION:A rotation operating mechanism has a lever 14 fixedly mounted on a shaft 8 projecting from a shift lever housing 1, a link arm 15, a spring 16 being an escape mechanism, and a cable 17. The spring 16 serves to permit a parking brake to be operated without any obstruction. An adjusting mechanism serves to limit the rotation angle of a link arm 15 operated by the rotation operating mechanism, and includes a stopper 18 disposed in the vicinity of the support point of the arm 15. The shaft 8 is turned by a prescribed fine angle, whereby a synchronization device shifted by a reversal lever 9 is shifted, without completely shifting it to an input gear side, to a position where drag torque is generated on the synchronization device. |
