摘要 PURPOSE:To make possible improved concentricity of a reinforced can to a lip by a method wherein the reinforced can is fitted to a can retaining section at clamping forces and a molded article with the reinforced can is stuck to one of the forces at opening the forces after molding. CONSTITUTION:The reinforced can (a) used in this molding process is molded with a little larger diameter than that of the product shown by broken lines, further, with an obtuse internal angle (e) and a tapering cylinder section (c). This reinforced can (a) is inserted into the cavity of the bottom force 11. The forces are clamped to the can retaining section 13 made in a diameter smaller by the springback of the reinforced can (a) than the dimension of the product to press the reinforced can (a) into the force. Then, the lip molding material (d) is injected from the injecting hole 16 into the cavity, vulcanized and adhered to open the forces. Since the reinforced can (a) is pushed and stuck to the bottom force 11 the molded article is stuck to the bottom force. When the molded article is released from the forces, a specified springback is generated on the reinforced can (a) to finish the molded article to the desired dimension of the product.
