PURPOSE:To obtain the titled foam at a high production rate, by arranging a bulky fiber aggregate precoated with a urethanization accelerating catalyst, etc., in a mold, pouring a stock solution for a rigid polyisocyanate resin foam into the mold, and reacting the stock solution. CONSTITUTION:A catalyst for accelerating urethanization and/or isocyanuration (e.g., triethylenediamine or 2,4,6-trisdimethylaminomethylphenol) is applied by immersion, spraying, or the like, to a bulky fiber aggregate such as a continuous long fiber glass mat or a chopped strand mat comprising glass chops of a fiber length >=5mm.. This fiber aggregate is inserted into a mold and a stock solution of a rigid polyisocyanate resin foam is poured into the mold and cured by reaction to obtain the purpose fiber-reinforced polyisocyanate resin foam.
