PURPOSE:To facilitate the horizontal movement of a glass bulb receiver and to enable a glass bulb to be fixed properly to an enclosing jig, by supporting the receiver with a pedestal having a low friction coefficient. CONSTITUTION:A receiver 15 for a glass bulb is supported by a pedestal 35 made of a material with a low friction coefficient such as Teflon resin or borolanite, so that the receiver 15 can be moved easily in the horizontal direction. Accordingly, alignment sections 4a, 4b and 4c of the glass bulb 1 can be positively applied against predetermined stoppers 19a, 19b and 19c, respectively, so as to properly fix the glass bulb 1 to an enclosing jig. Further, the horizontal movement of the receiver 15 to the pedestal 30 can be facilitated still further by constructing the pedestal 30 to have a wideness (b) smaller than the wideness B of the receiver 15 such that they are contacted with each other in a small area. |
