PURPOSE:To provide a bonding compsn. having excellent adhesion, by adding a silane compd. and a radical generating agent to a specified lowly crystalline polyolefin. CONSTITUTION:0.5-5pts.wt. silane compd. such as vinyltrimethoxysilane and 0.05-0.3pts.wt. radical generating agent such as dicumyl peroxide are added to 100pts.wt. lowly crystalline polyolefin having a density of 0.88-0.90g/cm<3> and a melt flow index of 18-22g/10min at 190 deg.C or mixture thereof with an ethylene/ acrylic acid copolymer having an acrylic acid content of 3.5-8.5%, a density of 0.925-0.935g/cm<3> and a melt flow index of 8-12g/10min at 190 deg.C.
