摘要 PURPOSE:To correctly control the ignition timing by invariably circulating the cooling water or engine oil around a heat sensitive member and making the heat sensitive member not liable to be affected by the outside temperature so that it is displaced in response to the temperature rise of the cooling water or engine oil and rotates a rotary plate. CONSTITUTION:If the water (oil) temperature is constant, the pushing force of a heat sensitive member 49 and the reaction force of a spring 46 are balanced, and a piston 44 stays at a fixed position. Thereby the ignition timing is controlled only by a vacuum controller 2 operated by the negative pressure of a suction pipe. However, when the cooling water temperature is increased or decreased, the piston is moved to a position where the pushing force of the heat sensitive member 49 and the reaction force of the spring 46 are balanced, and a rotary plate 7 is rotated to correct the ignition timing. This action is performed only by an oil/water temperature control unit 4 without changing the stroke of the vacuum controller 2. Accordingly, the correction is feasible even under a full load, and the correct ignition timing is controlled.
