PURPOSE:To simplify a structure for holding and rotating a seal between a stator and a rotor while eliminating the need to position two stators across a rotor by using one stator and one rotor. CONSTITUTION:A sample pipet SP is inserted into a sample container 20 and then a sample is sucked up to a through-hole 1h by a sampling pump 15. Then, the rotor 101 is rotated clockwise by two steps successively to suck the sample into through-holes 7h, 5h, and 3h. Then, the rotor 101 is rotated until a through- hole 2h is aligned to a sampling line, a reagent is sucked up from a reagent container RE by a reagent pump LP, and samples in through-holes 3h, 5h, and 7h are flowed in a reaction pipe H, thereby measuring the absorbance of the reaction liquid in a reaction pipe by a light source L and a detector D. Cleaning liquid is flowed to a reagent line from a cleaning liquid container Z through the operation of a reagent pump LP after the measuring operation. |
