PURPOSE:The cooked and cooled rice in a hopper is formed into an oblong in its frame with an oblong cylinder is pushed into the descending conveyor of a cylinder and placed in a mold in a certain thickness as the rice is formed into a certain shape, thus enabling smooth feeding of cool rice into the mold for forming rice balls. CONSTITUTION:The boiled and cooled rice is formed into an oblong shape by means of an oblong cylinder 3, cut with shutters 18 and 19 on its top and bottom to form an oblong shape of rice. The oblong rice is pushed into the descending conveyor 12 and allowed to go down, as it is finely formed with descending belts 7, 8, and 9 and fed into the mold of a certain shape 17 in a specific thickness, thus enabling mass production of rice balls 34. |
