<p>PURPOSE:To suppress the waste use of fuel and noise nuisance due to the idling which is generated because of the difficulty of engine start of a car in a cold region or in an exceedingly cold area, of course in winter, without generating the secondary public nuisance by magnatically heating a carburetor, etc. by an electronic method. CONSTITUTION:If the fuel temperature in a float chamber 4 lowers below a lower limit temperature (t deg.C+ or -) at which engine start is facilitated during the time when an engine is in stop, a magnetic heating circuit strengthens heating automatically, and when the temperature rises over t deg.C+ or -, heating is sharply reduces automatically, and sharp switching control and the spark generation due to transient phenomenon are prevented. Therefore, a magnetic heating system equipped with a posister PO1, surge absorber CSA and a damping resistance Rd is provided. Therefore, a magnetic circuit including an inverter 7 is turned OFF when excitation current is put ON and a contact is switched-OFF on engine start and on the start of power generation. Further, an excitation current flows in MS1, and a battery 8 is charged with the power-generation output. When the engine is brought into stop, the inverter 7 is put ON, and magnetic heating starts.</p> |
