<p>Dianhydro-hexitol derivs. of formula (I) and their salts are new. In (I), R1= H, 2-5C acyl, pyridylcarbonyl or nitro; R2= gp. (II); X= H or 1-3 of alkoxy, alkyl, cyano, dialkylamino, halo, nitro or trifluoromethyl, or one methylenedioxy; R3= opt. unsatd. 1-5C hydrocarbyl in which the chain may be interrupted by an oxygen atom and/or substd. by cyano; R4 and R5 are each lower alkyl.</p> |
