<p>PURPOSE:To hold manuscript paper easily and assuredly by forming a manuscript paper sucking part by providing a dielectric layer on a plastic insulated layer printed with a specific electrode group by means of a nonmetallic conductive ink and unifying a coordinate reading part under the manuscript paper sucking part. CONSTITUTION:A nonmagnetic conductive ink obtained by mixing the carbon black onto a plastic insulated layer C to form an electrode group B for a manuscript paper sucking part. The group B contains positive and negative poles connected to a DC power supply and set opposite to each other in a comb form for example. Then a dielectric layer A made of a plastic or synthetic rubber film is put on the group B. Thus the manuscript paper sucking part is formed. While a coordinate reading part is formed with (y) and (x) coordinate reading films F and I. This reading part is pressed with heat to the lower side of the manuscript paper sucking part. Thus it is possible to apply the voltage from a power supply 5 to the manuscript paper 4 put on the layer A.</p> |
