PURPOSE:To simplify manufacture with sufficient shield effect by making a protective layer of ferrite itself consisting of a pot core with bottom which covers a drum core including electrode connectors holding the drum core wound with a coil, the ends of which are electrically connected to the electrode connectors. CONSTITUTION:A coil 16 is wound around a drum core 15 which has flanges 14 at both the ends and the ends 16A of the coil 16 are connected to electrode connectors 12 provided outside of each flange 14. The drum core 15 is covered with a protective layer in the following way. That is, the protective layer is a pot core 28 of ferrite itself having a bottom without pouring ferrite powder resin in a mold and the position of the flange 14 is determined by a piece 19 for fixing the position at both the lower ends of the inside of the protective layer. The connectors 12 are connected to lead terminals 11 on both sides of the core 28 and an inductor 30 is completed. This method improves magnetic shield effect by ferrite and makes the manufacture easier. |
