<p>Screw-compression or -expansion machine provided with threads arranged in a casing and which interact with, at least, one pinion (gear) provided with teeth. The teeth of the pinion have flanks which interact with the threads of the screw formed by, at least, three warped surfaces which intersect following at least two edges. The result of this arrangement is improved leaktightness and less wear, simultaneously retaining the possibility of machining the screw with a high production of turnings (swarf).</p> |
