PURPOSE:To store and display optionally an input data by providing an input section to input the data, a picture memory storing one pattern's share of a display panel, and a display control circuit displaying the data stored in the picture memory on the display panel. CONSTITUTION:A key sense circuit 23 judges the content of an operation key by a signal from a touch switch 22 and feeds an output to a CPU24. The CPU24 outputs a display data to a scanning side display control circuit 17 and a signal side display control circuit 18 when the MEMO mode CAL is selected by a mode switch 8 and displays a key arrangement data or a memory data on a display panel 3 in place of a video signal. When the MEMO mode is designated by the mode switch 8, the CPU24 operates a touch switch 22 as a manuscript input key at the memory data input designation, judges the manuscript input content from a signal from the touch switch and writes it to a picture memory 25.
