摘要 PURPOSE:To attain conventionally DC regeneration by using one external input terminal by connecting a clamp holding capacitor to the input of an amplifier amplifying an input signal, and using a signal input terminal and a clamp capacitor terminal in common. CONSTITUTION:Since a load on a differential amplifier 22 is a current mirror load when the base potential of a transistor (TR)3 is higher then the base potential of a TR4, a current equal to a collector current of the TR3 flows to the collector of a TR10, while the base potential of the TR4 is lower than the base potential of the TR3, and the capability flowing a current is lower, then excess current flows from the differential amplifier 22 to the amplifier 21 through a wire 27, the current charges a capacitor 28 and the charging voltage boosts the base voltage of a TR1. As a result, the collector voltage of the TR1 is decreased. That is, the base potential of the TR3 is decreased. Further, when the base potential of the TR3 is lower than the base potential of the TR4, the TR3 functions conversely and the base potential of the TR3 is increased.
