Halotriazinyldisazo compounds, preparation thereof, and process for dyeing leather

New disazo compounds having a fibre-reactive radical conform in the form of the free acid to the formula <IMAGE> where the radicals R1 to R5, Hal and X are each as defined in Claim 1. They are prepared by customary stepwise condensation of cyanuric halide with the corresponding amino compounds. These dyes are used on the strength of the fibre-reactive radical for dyeing, padding and printing hydroxyl- and nitrogen-containing substrates such as leather, natural and synthetic polyamides and in particular natural and regenerated cellulose.
