PURPOSE:To build an anchoring structure having a high holding force, by a method wherein piles are driven in a sea bottom ground so that they are penetrated into an improved ground formed in the sea bottom ground, and a mooring line is anchored to the upper part of the pile. CONSTITUTION:An improved ground 2 is formed in a sea bottom ground 1 through injection of a ground improving material, and piles 3, formed in the sea bottom ground 1, are penetrated into an improved ground 2 to form the piles integrally with the improved ground 2. In relation to a pull-off force, pull-off resistance is increased resulting from resistance of own weights W1 and W2 of the ground 2, formed integrally with the piles 3, and an improved earth 7, respectively, and a shearing force Q in addition to a friction force F exerted between the piles 3 and soil therearound. Further, in case a horizontal force is exerted, passive resistance R is exerted on the side of the ground 2 and the friction force F' on the under bottom surface, resulting in an increase in a horizontal resistance force.
