PURPOSE:To improve vibration transmission characteristic of a mount device by connecting an air chamber of a mount device body to an air chamber disposed separately from the mount device body by an air chamber having an orifice function. CONSTITUTION:The first air chamber 6 for sealing in air between a diaphragm 4 and a base plate 2 to form the first subsidiary vibration system is formed on a mount device body. The second air chamber 16 forming the second subsidiary vibration system is disposed on a car body such as a side member or the like separately from the mount device body. Both air chambers are connected to each other by couplings 12, 19 and a pipeline 20 having an orifice function. The resonance frequency of an orifice is adjusted to low-frequency area requiring most damping force to attain effective vibration damping characteristic. |
