PURPOSE:To enable mixing proportions to be kept constant, by driving and controlling a discharge machine so that the material discharging speed of the discharge machine is consistent with a predetermined material supplying speed. CONSTITUTION:A unit for continuously supplying a hopper in a constant quantity drives and controls a discharge device 2 for discharging a material from a measuring hopper 1 in accordance with an output signal of a weight detecting means 7 for detecting the total weight of the hopper. In this supplying unit, the output of the detecting means 7 is amplified by an amplifier 8 and supplied to a comparator 14 through a differentiator 12 so that a speed at which the material is discharged by the discharge device 2 at each instant is given to the comparator 14. On the other hand, an output representing a desired supplying speed is supplied from a supplying speed setting device 13 to the comparator 14 where the gradient of the objective function at each instant is compared with the rate of change of the weight in the hopper to obtain a difference. The force for driving the discharge device 2 is controlled by a discharge device driving circuit 15 such that the difference is zero. Therefore, the material discharging speed of the discharge machine 2 can be kept constant and the mixing proportions of various materials can be constant at any section on the conveyor. |
