<p>Fibrous material, such as pulp, is recovered from plasticcoated paper in a batchwise-rotating kettle by adding 20 wt.% chemicals, comprising 5-10 wt.% Na2S, 10-50 wt.% NaNO3, 5-10 wt.% Na2SO4, 1-5 wt.% NaCl, and 10-20 wt.% Na2SiO3, and by this mixt. heating up to 120≰C to separate the pulp from the agglomerated plastic. This method removes cutting and crushing processes thus reducing operating costs.</p> |
