<p>PURPOSE:To translocate an article smoothly and with accurate positioning by transferring said article such as a car body, etc. being suspended by a hanger and placing it on a bogie after adjusting the position of said article at a vertically intermediate position. CONSTITUTION:A pair of supporting arms 5 are simultaneously moved inwardly from the lower part on both outsides of an article 3 such as a car body, etc. suspended by a hanger and, after the article is lowered and placed on the end parts of the arms 5, the hanger 2 is separated from the article 3. Then, the arms 5 are simultaneously moved outwardly to make the inside faces of both frames 3a of the article 3, brought in contact with the hook part 5b erected on the end parts of the arms 5, adjusting the position of the article 3 to be in a regular position. Then, the arms 5 are lowered, adjustingly placing the both frames 3a of the article 3 on the receiving supporters 4a of a bogie 4, and the arms 5 are further lowered and, then, outwardly retracted, after being separated from the frames 3a of the article 3.</p> |
