<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate detaching an urging member by providing an urging member for pressing a planetary gear to a sun gear and forming a gap on a hooking projection mounted on a boss plate for permitting a bar member to pass therethrough in a steering wheel. CONSTITUTION:Sun gears 14, 16 are supported on a steering shaft 2 to which a boss plate is fixed, and planetary gears 32, 33 are supported on a planetary shaft 19 to form a steering wheel. An urging member 26 is extended over a bearing member 20 and hooked on a hooling projection 8 in such a manner as to cross a gap 9. In this arrangement, in case of detaching the hooking portion of the urging member, a member such as a screw driver or the like is inserted in the gap from the back side of the hooking projection 8 to detach the hooling portion. Thus, the urging member can be easily detached to shorten the time required for maintenance.</p> |
