PURPOSE:To obtain the titled cover glass having a nonreflectance by laminating an adhesive sheet, a circularly polarizing filter and an adhesive sheet on a clean glass substrate in order, and also by laminating a glass substrate coated with AR on the obtd. substrate. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a transparent front glass 1 is cleaned. The nonreflective coat is formed on the obtd. glass so as to be <0.5% the reflective index in a visible ray range. The clean surface of the glass 4 and the surface of polarizing filter 6 are adhered with the adhesive sheet composed of an polyolefinic polyfunctional polymer at 95 deg.C for 5min. The polarizing filter 6 consists of a linearly polarizing plate 6' inserted the fourth phase plate 6' at a center of the filter 6. As the substrate film is a smooth surface of polyacetate, it makes possible to certainly jointing the polarizing filter and the substrate by coating said substrate with a primer 5', or to coat an electroconductive metal on the front glass 4 in order to give the removal means of the electroconductive dust.
