PURPOSE:To facilitate adjusting a flow in a very small amount by inserting the second member having a specified fluid passage formed on the periphery of the forward end portion and a groove in the cylindrical first member having a cavity portion connecting fluid inlet and outlet to each other. CONSTITUTION:A fluid subjected to flow control is passed through a fluid lead- in pipe 106, a fluid inlet 101, a fluid flow path, a cavity portion 103, a fluid outlet 102 and a fluid lead-out pipe 108. In such a condition, when the second member 200 inserted in the first member 100 is rotated, the forward end portion 201 is rotated together and moved to the left. Thus, the length l of engagement of a male screw 202 with a female screw 104 is made longer to lengthen a fluid flow path. Accordingly, viscosity resistance of a fluid flowing through the fluid flow path increases to reduce the flow rate. |
