The barbecue has the charcoal contained in two vats. The heat is transmitted to a two level central stove and to the exterior grills which are articulated, regulatable and liftable. - Meat juice and sauce flow along the food and are recovered in two vats to prevent the charcoal from flaming and to prevent the food becoming toxic. A drawer full of live charcoal allows the stove temp. to be raised. The barbecue is orientable about its feet, and is easily taken apart for cleaning.
