PURPOSE:To attain stable supply of a recording medium by placing a recording medium on an upper part of a copying solid-state head cartridge attachable and detachable to a main body device. CONSTITUTION:An ink cartridge 7-8 is placed to the upper part of a copying solid-state head cartridge 7. The ink cartridge 7-8 consists of an ink bag 7-b and an ink supply inlet 7-12 and attachable and detachable to/from the ink cartridge 7. The ink is supplied from the cartridge 7-8 to the sub-tank 7-7 through a pipe 7-11. The ink is supplied to an ink relay chamber 7-5 through a pipe 7-9 from the sub-tank 7-7. An air hole 7-10 is provided to the sub-tank 7-7. Thus, the supply of the recording medium is made stable for a portable small-sized copying machine and replacement is attained easily.
